Is there a difference between the gold-colored gel pens and white-colored gel pens?

No, there is no difference between the Gold gel pens and White gel pens. They do the same exact work and they are simply a color preference for you to choose.

What is the difference between the Blue mode vs. the Blue & Red mode on the LED mouthpiece?

The Blue LED mode is for teeth that are not sensitive, while the Blue & Red mode is for sensitive teeth.

How frequently should I charge my unit?

This depends on how frequently you use your Bright Bar device. However, we normally recommend charging the device after 4 and 5 times. When the red light turns on around the Power button, you know it is time to charge your LED light.

Will my teeth get whiter faster if I use them for longer than suggested?

The teeth whitening process lasts for 15 to 20 minutes one time per day for 21 days. However, most users see results faster depending on the discoloration level of their teeth. With that said, leaving the LED light on for too long is not recommended. Please follow the manufacture’s directions.

What’s the difference between Bright Bar and in-office whitening treatments?

Bright Bar teeth whitening is made with organic ingredients. Our formula was invented by Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Sam. Will the use of this product cause tooth sensitivity?

Typically, teeth whitening with Bright Bar doesn’t make your teeth sensitive. However, every person, mouth, and tooth is different. We formulate our product with sensitivity in mind and the majority of our customers do not experience sensitivity. On the other hand, if your teeth become sensitive, hold off for a day or two and begin treatment again (possibly at the lower level Blue & Red setting). If you still experience sensitivity, suspend use for a week and resume.

How much of the liquid in the pen should I use per treatment?

A couple of drops is enough for top and bottom teeth.

How many days do I use the device to see results?

Typical Bright Bar treatment lasts for 21 days. However, many people get their results faster depending on the level of discoloration of their teeth when starting their treatment.

How long should I wait after my treatment session before I begin eating or drinking again?

We recommend waiting 1 hour to eat and drinking again.

What is the wattage and wavelength of your light?

The light’s wattage is registered at less than 1 watt. Light wavelengths for the Blue setting are 460-462. For the Red & Blue, 620-625 NM.

How do I properly clean the mouthpiece?

To clean your Bright Bar, remove the flexible mouthguard from the LED lighting device. Then rinse it with water and allow it to dry for 10 minutes After that, you can put the two pieces back together.

How do I apply the gel formula to my teeth?

Apply the gel pen on each tooth as if you were painting a fingernail. Apply on the top and bottom of your teeth and make sure all your front teeth have gel on them.

How do I get organic tooth whitening gel to come out of the pen?

To dispense the whitening gel, simply twist the pen from the bottom and make sure you see it begin to comes out onto the bristles.

Can I use Bright Bar While Pregnant or Nursing?

Yes, you can. Our product is safe for women who are pregnant and those who are breastfeeding. However, if you have any concerns, sensitivities, or allergies, we recommend you speak with your doctor first.
